Try to keep your description of the problem to 200 words. It would be helpful for us to know:
your position and job duties. (We don’t need to know who your employer is). the nature of your problem with whom you are having the problem the job title or role of the person or people you are dealing with. how you would describe the personalities involved. any personal problems you may be having that might affect your job performance how you have tried to solve the problem.
